The three victims killed in a mass shooting Monday afternoon on Chicago's Southwest Side were identified Wednesday morning.

Eight people were shot, three fatally, Monday afternoon during a "social gathering" at a residence in Chicago's Gage Park neighborhood, a police official said. At least three people were hospitalized in critical condition, with an additional victim stabilized at a medical facility, Chicago Fire Department officials told NBC Chicago.
