DUBAI, United Arab Emirates -- United Arab Emirates says police have arrested 3 Uzbek nationals for the killing of an Israeli-Moldovan rabbi.

“The murder of the late Chabad emissary Zvi Kogan in the Emirates is a cowardly and despicable antisemitic act of terror,” Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz said on social media after Kogan’s body was discovered. “The State of Israel will not rest nor be silent until those responsible for this criminal act pay for their actions.”

DUBAI, Nov 25 (Reuters) - Three suspects arrested in the United Arab Emirates and accused of murdering an Israeli rabbi in the UAE are citizens of Uzbekistan, the UAE ministry of interior said on Monday.

Israeli authorities say the abduction and killing of Rabbi Zvi Kogan was an act of antisemitic terrorism, but investigators have not yet stated a motive.
